We have provided Emergency Preparedness Services to many government agencies,large and mid-sized corporations and small businesses.  Many of the plans we have developed and implemented are still in operation today.  We have intimate knowledge of the federal critical infrastructural protection program requirement across the Executive branch and have processes to implement and maintain the continuity programs.  

Furthermore, we have developed, tested and implemented an innovative  process for capturing critical elements of a business to ensure these elements are protected and able to be recovered in the event of a disaster or emergency.

We have developed and implemented Emergency Preparedness plans for the Department of Defense agencies like the Defense Logistics Agency, Washington Headquarters Services and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and subordinate organizations, including agencies in the Department of the Army and the Department of the Navy.  We have a deep understanding of Defense Continuity regulations, polices and agency-level requirements for developing and implementing the critical components of an enterprise business continuity plan on a multi-agency level.  We are also understand the complexities of FISMA requirements on IT COOP plans for systems and applications and have mature processes for meeting them.

We have developed and implemented Emergency Preparedness Plans for several DHS agencies using BCP guidelines derived from Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Federal Continuity Directives (FCD).  We are familiar with FCD requirements for developing an actionable Continuity Program using guidance from FEMA.  We are also familiar with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Continuity Program guidance and how to implement it across many defferent types of agencies. 

We have experience using the Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program to manage BCP exercises and reporting stratifies.
